In honor of Israel Independence Day, you are invited to an Israeli-themed Shabbat dinner at 6:30 p.m. on May 10. The dinner is pot-luck style. Help create the Israeli ambiance by making a dish with Israeli or middle eastern flavors and ingredients. Our intrepid 4-H team will be making falafel! Here are some suggested Israeli recipes and a list of local Mediterranean restaurants.
